  • Training: Recruit, train and develop staff to ensure ongoing availability of competent selling, administration and management teams;
  • Motivation: Motivate, guide and control the activities of centre staff by ensuring that all subordinates are aware of, and are committed to, agreed goals and strategies;
  • Sales: Prepare sales, margin, expense and profit budgets for the company on an annual basis within the parameters of the company objectives;
  • Sales & Marketing: Control and administration of a competitive pricing, discount and trading term policy, which meets customer requirements, whilst maintaining company profitability;
